What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Create and manage a marketing calendar, including promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Produce high-quality graphic design and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Manage social media platforms, covering content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns via Meta and Google Ads.
• Track marketing metrics and provide reports using GA4 to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or allied health.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Proven experience in scripting, editing, and producing engaging digital video content.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and GA4.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Ability to work according to the Auckland, NZ timezone (12:00 PM onwards).
