What you will do

• Maintain institutional consultant databases by sourcing, aggregating, manipulating, and validating multiple data streams.
• Query and organize large datasets from internal and external databases and complete client-driven data entry requests.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers and institutional sales teams to ensure data supports client needs and sales opportunities.
• Use Alteryx, Tableau, information systems, and business intelligence tools to improve data processes.
• Conduct ad hoc data analytics to generate institutional sales leads and provide insights to advisors and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in the offered role or a related position.
• Experience with data analysis, BI tools, data modeling, reconciliation, and process automation.
• Experience coordinating with product, sales, management, compliance, controllers, and other stakeholders.
• FINRA Series 7TO, Series 63, and SIE licenses required.
