What you will do

• Manage biological trial data from multiple sources and perform quality checks, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Prepare, analyze, and present biological data for seasonal reviews, Biological Assessment Dossiers, and product development decisions.
• Coordinate Biological Assessment Dossier activities from project initiation through submission, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with Regional Technical Managers and regulatory stakeholders to support biological data requirements and regulatory readiness.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and standardized biological data management.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and AI-enabled solutions to improve project tracking and data accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Crop Science, Biology, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with biological data management, R&D data support in crop science, Biological Assessment Dossier preparation, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, visualization, data management systems, data quality, and governance principles.
• Working knowledge of plant protection regulations, registration requirements, or biological dossier preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI, automation, digital innovation, and continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI.
