What you will do

• Design, support, and lead global epidemiology and real-world evidence studies within integrated evidence plans.
• Synthesize scientific literature and evaluate internal and external data sources for evidence-generation needs.
• Deliver rapid insights from observational and real-world data, including analyses of complex structured and unstructured datasets.
• Author and review study protocols, reports, presentations, manuscripts, and scientific data packages.
• Partner with medical, regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders to support submissions to the FDA, EMA, and other agencies.
• Develop external research partnerships and ensure the quality, compliance, and timely delivery of RWE/Epi activities.

Requirements

• PhD in epidemiology, statistics, biostatistics, health outcomes research, quantitative methods, public health, health economics, or another biological science with substantial quantitative training and at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a relevant master's degree with at least 6 years of experience, including 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong quantitative, epidemiologic, and observational data analysis skills.
• Technical writing and oral presentation skills, with experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at scientific conferences.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into meaningful insights using data visualization and presentation tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, lead research projects, and collaborate with multiple partners in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for real-world evidence and responsible use of AI tools, including generative technologies.

• Experience with rapid real-world data analytics platforms.
• Experience working with electronic medical records, claims data, surveys, and other real-world data sources.
