Location: Onsite in Arlington, VA, US. Requires 60% travel.

Salary: $145,000 – $181,050 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the validation strategy across unit, integration, system, regression, and endurance testing.
• Own the end-to-end software release process, from planning and quality gates to production deployment.
• Build and maintain CI pipelines and automated regression suites to ensure actionable and trusted results.
• Coordinate system-level verification using simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), lab rigs, and field robots.
• Establish performance benchmarks and acceptance thresholds for accuracy, latency, stability, and safety.
• Design and troubleshoot robotics components, including servomotors, vision systems, and battery management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in robotics systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS 2.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with robotics simulation, digital twins, and middleware (DDS, QoS).
• Must be located in or able to work from Arlington, VA.
