EOSS Project Manager

Location: Palermo, Italy, with 8 days of remote working per month

Gross annual salary: €40,000 or more

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, RAMS, ITPs, FAT/SAT procedures, and close-out reports.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and service activities.
• Monitor timing, cost, scope, quality, contractual requirements, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support financial forecasting, reporting, project close-out, and after-sales activities.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in industrial or technical engineering environments.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, communication, electrical, electronic, and network instruments.
• Experience negotiating with service providers, contractors, partners, and subcontractors, and managing technical field teams.
• Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel moderately and sometimes at short notice.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets.
• PMP certification or similar.
• French language knowledge.
