Qualification Planner

Location: Milan, Italy; remote work flexibility available. Willingness to travel abroad up to 50% is required.

Gross annual salary: €31,000 or more, plus an individual or collective variable incentive based on performance objectives.

What you will do

• Allocate and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase.
• Identify qualification slots and estimate related costs, timing, and locations during bidding.
• Coordinate materials, jointers, workforce, and internal or external laboratory allocation.
• Plan and prepare electrical, mechanical, and non-electrical qualification tests.
• Manage the portfolio of qualification activities and allocate resources according to priorities.
• Mitigate risks, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal customers to ensure timely test execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the EPC industry or a project-based business.
• Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Project, with the ability to manage databases.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Willingness to travel, including abroad, up to 50%.
