What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single- and multi-service clinical projects.
  • Lead project planning, execution, close-out, milestone delivery, communications, and data management activities.
  • Gather study setup requirements and support validation of new device integrations and database revisions.
  • Oversee data cleaning and ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables for sponsors.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, take corrective action, and oversee financial aspects of data management activities.
  • Lead internal study meetings, sponsor meetings, audits, training for new joiners, and collaboration with programming teams on process innovation and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, including 3–4 years of direct experience and at least 1 year as a CDM project lead.
  • Fluent spoken English and advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other computer applications.
  • Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.
  • Ability to manage quality standards, contractual deliverables, stakeholder communication, and clinical data management procedures.
