Sr. Applied Scientist (Generative AI)

Salary: $192,200 - $260,000

What you will do

• Build generative AI models for production-ready content, localized assets, and global marketing materials.
• Lead end-to-end machine learning projects characterized by high ambiguity, scale, and complexity.
• Develop, experiment, optimize, and deploy ML models and proofs-of-concept.
• Conduct statistical analysis and establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis and model validation.
• Research and implement innovative ML approaches to enhance media creation accessibility and efficiency.
• Share research outcomes via internal and external conferences and journal publications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or related programming languages.
• Deep expertise in neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, NumPy, or SciPy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
