TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic hospitality clients with an accent on white-glove customer experience and technical advisory. Focus on coordinating go-lives, delivering on-site training, and optimizing the SaaS customer lifecycle.

Location: Remote options, but must be able to support clients in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and travel internationally

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise hospitality clients.
• Execute go-lives, provide on-site training, and act as a trusted technical product advisor.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve complex escalations.
• Maintain detailed implementation documentation and process guides.
• Ensure high client engagement and satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Experience in B2B, client-facing roles.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or project management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally to support clients

Nice to have

• Experience with POS or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes.
• Proficiency in French.
