What you will do

• Manage and optimize SEO, SEA, paid advertising, social media, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Build landing pages, calls to action, email marketing flows, and other growth assets.
• Track conversions, ROI, and campaign metrics to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Test, measure, and iterate campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership to align messaging, improve lead quality, and maintain consistent brand representation.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage delivery within scope and deadlines, and implement pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma.
• Data-driven, analytical, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zapier.
• Experience using AI tools and writing effective ChatGPT prompts.
