Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 office days per week)

What you will do

• Review, validate, and post invoices using accounting systems and automation tools.
• Prepare bank transfers and post bank statements with high accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including data validation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure compliant financial operations.
• Support process optimization and the implementation of AI-driven accounting solutions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong interest in modern, technology-driven finance environments.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Good command of English.

• Experience with financial systems or AI-supported tools.
