HR Coordinator (Media)

Location: Based at the Sky Campus in Osterley with required presence in the hirify.global office in Central London

What you will do

• Manage UK and international payroll changes, including starters, leavers, and contractual amendments.
• Maintain and audit employee data within HRIS systems (SAP) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Oversee the administration of the freelance workforce, including agreements and usage reporting.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR policy queries and employee support.
• Support HR program rollouts like performance reviews, salary planning, and Global Mobility activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in HR administration, specifically in payroll data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
