People Operations Excellence Team Leader (HR)

Location: Hybrid (Milton Park, Oxfordshire). Must be based in the UK and live within a commutable distance to the office (minimum 3 days per week in-person)

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 5 POE Specialists, driving overall team performance and professional development.
• Simplify and optimize all People Operations Excellence processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for employee lifecycle enquiries.
• Lead the implementation of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring the team is fully trained and mentored.
• Monitor query SLA levels and conduct internal and external audit activities to identify risks.
• Coordinate the submission of payroll to hirify.global payroll and ADP.

Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Proven record of leading a team and extensive experience in HR administration.
• Strong understanding of local HR employment laws for the UK and US regions.
• Proficiency in HRIS (specifically Workday) and MS Office products.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential hirify.globaltion with integrity and diplomacy.
• Experience in streamlining processes to enhance the employee experience.
