What you will do

• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development for technology platforms.
• Support the Programme Manager in delivering workstreams using structured project management (RAID, scope, schedule).
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories for configuration and testing teams.
• Coordinate solution design, build, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Lead change management, including training coordination and business readiness assessments.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify gaps to ensure operational alignment before go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in technology or business transformation.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations across finance, operations, or HR domains.
• Experience in structured project delivery using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methods.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience in financial services, fund administration, or banking is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Project Management or BA certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance business processes.
• Knowledge of tier-1 TPRM and CLM technology platforms.
• Exposure to Sourcing technologies as part of an ERP solution.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools like Visio.
