Contractor Business Analyst – Project Specialist (Business Transformation/ERP): Delivering business analysis and project coordination for the CoreConnect Programme, with an accent on requirements engineering, process mapping, ERP implementation, and operational readiness. Focus on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, designing future-state processes, managing testing and data migration, and preparing business areas for go-live.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do
- Gather and analyse business requirements, define data, map processes, and develop functional specifications for CoreConnect Programme technology platforms.
- Support the Programme Manager with planning, scope, RAID management, scheduling, dependencies, reporting, and delivery of assigned workstreams.
- Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for configuration and testing teams.
- Coordinate solution design, build, SITE2E/UAT testing, data migration, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
- Support change management through training coordination, communications, and business readiness assessments.
- Conduct impact assessments, identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure documentation, testing outcomes, process sign-off, and operational alignment before go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–10 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a hybrid role within technology or business transformation.
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and structured delivery using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, and producing requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness documentation.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping, requirements documentation, UAT/test management, change management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with PM and BA tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS365, Visio, Nintex, or Visual Paradigm.
Nice to have
- Project management or business analysis certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, banking, or other highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of tier-1 TPRM, CLM, sourcing, or ERP technology platforms.
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance business processes.
- Familiarity with data structures, integration concepts, and data migration approaches.
