What you will do
- Lead business analysis for complex SWIFT, payments, treasury, and financial services initiatives.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, define requirements, and recommend solution approaches.
- Manage activities across discovery, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Translate business and technical requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Support teams.
- Mentor colleagues, drive best practices, and help evolve the SWIFT Service Bureau and Financial Hub capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business analysis experience in financial services, banking, payments, treasury, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging, including SWIFT MT and ISO 20022.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Nice to have
- SWIFT certification.
- Payments or treasury domain expertise.
