Consultant D365 Functional Business Analyst

What you will do

• Review proposals, statements of work, tender requirements, and discovery materials to understand scope and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business problems, desired outcomes, processes, user journeys, rules, and success measures.
• Lead rapid prototyping with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, wireframes, and other visual tools.
• Assess standard functionality, configuration, customisation, and integration options, while defining functional behaviour and data requirements.
• Use approved AI tools to develop, critique, and refine features, user stories, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain Azure DevOps traceability and support backlog refinement, estimation, QA, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and change adoption.

Requirements

• Experience as a business or functional analyst delivering business applications projects, ideally in consultancy or people services.
• Practical experience with Dynamics 365 and rapid prototyping inside Microsoft business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused skills.
• Experience eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while collaborating with business, technical, QA, and project teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
