Senior Compliance Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Maintain Information Security Management System documentation, policies, and audit trails.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Manage the company's privacy program in collaboration with Legal, Security, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead DORA-related compliance activities, including control mapping, gap assessments, and remediation.
• Develop and mature the company’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
• Perform vendor risk and third-party security management activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security, privacy, or compliance.
• 2+ years of experience at a SaaS provider or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and DORA.
• Experience with compliance operations, audits, and risk management processes.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies and managed service environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and other emerging AI governance frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPM, CIPT, or CDPSE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience building or operating privacy and business continuity programs.
