What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 compliance programs, including evidence collection and audit coordination.
• Translate European regulatory obligations (GDPR, DORA, NIS 2.0, and the EU AI Act) into actionable controls and program requirements.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments (TPRA) for vendors, evaluating security, privacy, and AI governance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party auditors and European regulators.
• Draft and maintain responses to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
• Advise stakeholders on the impact of evolving international regulatory landscapes on products and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, information security, audit, or risk management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 audits and certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of European regulations, including GDPR, DORA, NIS 2.0, and the EU AI Act.
• Understanding of AI agentic workflows and their associated risk and governance considerations.
• Fluent English and native fluency in a main European language.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain or the EU without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of a scripting language (e.g., Python) for compliance automation.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or highly regulated industries operating across EU markets.
