What you will do

• Research and analyze new compliance frameworks to map requirements to the control library.
• Evaluate and optimize the existing control library for efficiency and relevance.
• Develop automations and documentation to help customers meet compliance requirements with minimal overhead.
• Continuously improve the compliance product to simplify compliance processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Experience building security programs from scratch to meet compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of major compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Technical fluency with experience editing JSON configuration files and scripting for automation.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes independently.

Nice to have

• Engineering or coding experience.
• Experience scaling startups from Seed to Series A or beyond.
