What you will do

• Design and develop robotics and industrial software using digital twins and real-world hardware systems.
• Lead process modeling and optimization for continuous, discrete, and event-driven systems.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready robotic and industrial solutions.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing industrial equipment and guide automated robotic system implementation.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment across simulation and real-world environments.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and support architecture and technical alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with C++, Python, or Julia, including system programming and real-time systems.
• Experience designing and implementing robotics or industrial automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of continuous, discrete, and event-driven system modeling.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Mathematica, Modelica, Ansys, OpenFOAM, Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac, or V-REP.
• Understanding of control theory, estimation, optimization, robotics algorithms, distributed control systems, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with software testing, CI/CD, system monitoring, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
