What you will do

• Assemble electronic components using complex drawings and blueprints.
• Perform inspection and test procedures to ensure hardware quality.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems to determine causes and recommend solutions.
• Maintain detailed manufacturing records, quality documentation, and job files.
• Utilize microscopes and soldering tools for precise hardware assembly.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement Process and assist in cross-training team members.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Johnson City, TN.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a production operator or equivalent.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply written and computer work instructions in English.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
