What you will do

• Assemble fabricated metal parts for switchgear cabinets following blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Utilize various power and hand tools, such as drills, impacts, and grinders, to complete mechanical assemblies.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all assembled products meet engineering specifications.
• Identify, record, and report product defects to the Production Manager.
• Operate powered equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, scissors lifts, and overhead cranes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in safely operating powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• No sponsorship available; must be authorized to work in the US.
