What you will do

• Assemble fabricated metal parts for switchgear cabinets following blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly using various power tools and hand tools such as drills, impacts, and grinders.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm assembled products meet technical specifications and standards.
• Identify, record, and report any product defects encountered during the assembly process.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of necessary supplies and tools at the workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with production floor safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating powered equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, scissors lifts, or overhead cranes.
• Ability to perform prolonged physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination to assemble precision components.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; sponsorship is not available.
