Operations Projects, Quality & Transformation Intern (Fintech): Supporting operational changes and transformation projects within the clearing infrastructure with an accent on project monitoring and reporting. Focus on coordinating project portfolios, collecting KPIs, and implementing the transformation roadmap.
Location: Milan, Italy
Salary: Gross reimbursement 800 EUR

What you will do
- Support OPQT activities, monitoring and reporting the impact of operational changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates.
- Assist in managing the project portfolio and coordinating preparatory activities and tests.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the implementation of the transformation roadmap.
Requirements
- Academic background in finance, economics, or management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in project management and business transformation.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
