Senior/Principal Product Manager (Developer Foundations) (AI/DevOps): Building automated toolchains, paved paths, and platform tooling to enable Unified Ownership Squads to deliver software in a safer, speedier, and more predictable manner with an accent on internal AI enablement, DevOps, and internal tooling. Focus on operationalizing the AI-Led PDLC, transitioning traditional SRE/QA into automated services, and supporting the shift to a modular, event-driven architecture.

Location: Remote (Must be located in the U.S.). No visa sponsorship offered.

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for the internal developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automated quality gates.
• Operationalize the AI-Led PDLC by integrating tools like GitHub Copilot and AI-driven test generation into developer workflows.
• Guide the transition of traditional QA and SRE capabilities into scalable, automated platform services.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering leadership to support the transition from a monolith to an event-driven modular platform.
• Manage intake and prioritize internal tooling initiatives using data-driven Quarterly Commitments.
• Instrument developer platforms to track and improve metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and AI-assisted commit rates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience leading Platform Tooling, Developer Productivity, or DevOps teams.
• Proven experience evaluating and governing AI-assisted development tools within a secure SDLC.
• Strong foundational understanding of distributed architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and threat modeling.
• Ability to write concise PRDs and collaborate with high-level technical stakeholders (CTO, VP of Engineering).
• Must be based in the U.S.
