What you will do

• Design and build backend services for custody operations, including asset transfers and settlement workflows.
• Improve system scalability, resiliency, and performance by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Maintain and enhance systems to ensure asset safety, transaction accuracy, and operational integrity.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services.
• Experience designing reliable, scalable distributed systems with a focus on correctness.
• Must be based in London and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
