What you will do

• Own the analytical strategy for the marketing funnel and member lifecycle, focusing on activation and retention.
• Lead the product analytics domain, partnering with product teams to optimize onboarding and in-app engagement.
• Design and manage the company's experimentation program, utilizing causal inference and StatSig.
• Develop and evolve attribution frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling.
• Build and maintain dbt data models and a semantic layer to enable trustworthy self-service BI.
• Manage and coach a small team of data scientists, leveraging AI agents to scale impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation with 4+ years in leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and production-level dbt.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Statsig, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and lifecycle platforms (Customer.io, Braze).
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives to drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace business models or the healthcare/Medicaid domain.
• Experience with call center analytics (e.g., Zoom Contact Center).
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
