Production Specialist (Video Production)

What you will do

• Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and detailed production plans, including shot lists and storyboards.
• Lead on-set production as Director, DOP, or Photographer, overseeing lighting, camera setups, and coordination.
• Perform post-processing for photos and execute short-form video edits for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Define and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and task tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in pitch presentations and provide insights into digital marketing strategies for shoot productions.
• Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve productivity and streamline creative workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in photo and video tools: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Experience across the full production lifecycle: pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Location: Must be based in Mandaluyong, Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong visual aesthetics, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
