What you will do

• Lead high-impact enterprise deployments through focused 5-day on-site engagements to implement production workflows.
• Design and build production-grade automation solutions, including custom nodes and integrations tailored to customer environments.
• Translate complex business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize scalability and real customer value.
• Create a feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps and prioritizing feature requests.
• Develop an internal playbook library of reusable learnings, workflows, and integration patterns to scale the deployment function.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in full-stack or backend development with experience building production APIs and automation pipelines.
• Expertise in integration-building, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, primarily across Europe.
• Must have the right to work in the US (visa sponsorship available for Germany only).
• Strong technical judgment and solution design skills to avoid unnecessary complexity.

• Experience in forward deployed or solutions engineering roles at product-led organizations.
