What you will do

• Set technical direction and architectural standards across frontend and backend systems.
• Lead design discussions for high-traffic web applications and scalable distributed services.
• Mentor senior-level engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver high-impact, secure-by-default features.
• Leverage AI-native tools to improve development speed and engineering effectiveness.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews and advocacy for best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience in complex, high-scale systems.
• Strong full-stack expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Golang.
• Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture.
• Proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers.
• Experience with AI-native productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Supabase, Vercel).
• Must be based in Argentina (remote role).
