What you will do
- Own growth funnel metrics and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify high-impact funnel opportunities and convert them into experiments with growth engineering.
- Design, run, analyze, and act on A/B and growth experiments.
- Build instrumentation, metrics, systems, and agents that proactively surface growth opportunities.
- Help establish Lovable's growth data function as its first data scientist.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and Python skills with applied statistics experience.
- Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion dynamics.
- Significant experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Ability to work autonomously, move quickly with directional insights, and apply rigor when needed.
- Professional communication in English is required.
