What you will do

• Own growth funnel metrics and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Identify high-impact funnel opportunities and convert them into experiments with growth engineering.
• Design, run, analyze, and act on A/B and growth experiments.
• Build instrumentation, metrics, systems, and agents that proactively surface growth opportunities.
• Help establish Lovable's growth data function as its first data scientist.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Python skills with applied statistics experience.
• Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion dynamics.
• Significant experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Ability to work autonomously, move quickly with directional insights, and apply rigor when needed.
• Professional communication in English is required.
