What you will do

• Attend project meetings and design reviews, monitor progress, and communicate cost impacts to stakeholders.
• Join site walks with general contractors, cost managers, and client project managers to assess progress and identify potential cost impacts.
• Prepare detailed estimates, ad hoc cost reports, analyses, quantities, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Maintain accurate project change management logs.
• Collaborate with the wider Cost Management team on complex client deliverables.
• Monitor project financial close-out, including vendor settlements.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management (CSA).
• Good understanding of pre-contract cost management, measurement, and quantity take-off.
• Experience with CostX or similar measurement software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with design teams, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders; chartered status or progress toward chartership.
