What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of the largest strategic customers.
• Drive full-cycle business development for strategic high-volume merchants, from lead qualification to contract signing.
• Manage key accounts to drive expansion and upsell opportunities to meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) KPIs.
• Conduct regular Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) with Tier 1-2 customers to align payment solutions with their priorities.
• Collect competitive market feedback and merchant needs to influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain high-quality records of merchant interactions and pipeline progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or account management.
• Proven success in delivering value to complex enterprise clients.
• Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in the Payment or Fintech industry.
• Solid understanding of multi-currency payment flows, transaction fees, and aggregated payment models.
• High attention to detail regarding client data accuracy and proficiency with Google Workspace.
