Director, Strategic Business Development – Data Center (AI infrastructure and semiconductor solutions): Driving growth across Taiwan and China by engaging hyperscalers, cloud providers, server OEMs/ODMs, networking companies, and ecosystem partners, with an accent on customer architecture influence, solution co-development, and product roadmap input. Focus on building data center design wins, shaping secure AI and platform management solutions, and expanding adoption of Lattice technologies across next-generation infrastructure.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan; right to work in Taiwan required

What you will do
- Drive strategic business development across the data center market in Taiwan and China.
- Build relationships with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, server OEMs/ODMs, networking companies, and ecosystem partners.
- Evangelize Lattice technologies, identify design wins, and grow the strategic business pipeline.
- Translate customer requirements into product specifications, roadmap recommendations, and funded product priorities.
- Co-architect solutions for AI infrastructure, data center management, platform security, networking, communications, and system management.
- Represent Lattice in industry forums, standards bodies, and technical working groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, networking, semiconductors, FPGA, or adjacent industries.
- Technical credibility with customer architects, engineering teams, and senior technical leaders.
- Experience working with server OEMs/ODMs, hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or networking equipment vendors.
- Working knowledge of data center architectures, networking technologies, infrastructure management, and platform control.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, plus the right to work in Taiwan.
Nice to have
- FPGA experience.
- Knowledge of server and platform management architectures, including BMC/RMC.
- Experience with hardware root of trust, secure boot, attestation, platform security, or post-quantum cryptography.
- Experience with AI infrastructure platforms and shaping product roadmaps through customer engagement.
- Participation in industry standards bodies or open ecosystem initiatives.
