Service Delivery Manager (HR Technology AMS) (SAP SuccessFactors/HRIS): Managing application management services and customer portfolios for HR technology platforms with an accent on service governance, operational performance, and trusted client partnerships. Location: Australia, with locations listed in Sydney, New South Wales, and Malvern, Victoria; telecommuting possibilities are available.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of HR technology customers and serve as the primary relationship and service contact.
- Lead governance meetings, service reviews, operational discussions, and customer communications.
- Deliver AMS services within agreed scope, timelines, SLAs, and KPIs while coordinating issue resolution.
- Monitor service performance, capacity, utilisation, delivery forecasts, risks, and blockers.
- Identify process, adoption, automation, and service-model improvements for customer HR platforms.
- Support pre-sales, estimations, proposals, renewals, service expansion, and account growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, UKG, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Application Management Services, service delivery, consulting, or customer success.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
- Experience managing multiple customers, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a partner environment or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly Employee Central, or SAP HCM certification.
- Experience with HR and payroll technology implementations.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
- Project management or Agile delivery experience.
