What you will do

• Lead architecture strategy for large-scale business transformation and platform migration programs across BT International.
• Define target-state architectures, migration architectures, transition states, coexistence models, and data migration approaches.
• Shape architecture decisions across telecom BSS, Salesforce Communications Cloud, ServiceNow, fulfillment, order management, product catalog, and CPQ platforms.
• Establish API-first, event-driven, cloud-aligned integration strategies using REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, and streaming technologies.
• Identify and apply AI and Agentic AI opportunities in service operations, business process automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Influence executive stakeholders and guide investment decisions while balancing strategic goals with practical delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Principal-level architecture leadership experience in large, complex enterprise environments, with strong executive stakeholder communication skills.
• Extensive telecom BSS transformation experience, including customer fulfillment, order management, service delivery, product catalog, CPQ, and Lead-to-Cash capabilities.
• Architecture experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud and ServiceNow transformation or implementation programs.
• Significant experience with complex migrations, application consolidation, platform replacement, data migration, synchronization, coexistence, and operational continuity.
• Strong engineering background with expertise in REST APIs, microservices, event-driven integration, Kafka, streaming, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent methodologies, plus an understanding of AI and Agentic AI use cases.
