What you will do

• Own follow-through from meetings and decisions by creating action items, trackers, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead special projects end to end, from scoping and research through execution and reporting.
• Build lightweight tools, dashboards, scripts, and automations using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Prepare briefings, analyses, and presentations to support leadership decisions.
• Connect work across teams, identify stalled initiatives, and help remove blockers.
• Identify opportunities where AI tools and automation can improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience from internships, startup roles, or project work in fast-changing and loosely defined environments.
• Technical mindset with comfort working with data, logic, and productivity tools without needing to be a professional software engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for coding, research, or productivity.
• Practical experience with no-code or low-code tools, or scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Basic data analysis skills and judgment about when to use a script or dashboard.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, follow-through, and organizational discipline.
