What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement innovative technical solutions using the product platform.
• Guide customers in leveraging platform capabilities to meet their specific business objectives.
• Design and execute Proof of Concepts to demonstrate strategic value.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to define account strategies and support the commercial process.
• Provide technical and business leadership to stakeholders ranging from store associates to C-level executives.
• Manage customer expectations and coordinate internal resources including product management and customer success.

Requirements

• German: C1-level mandatory
• English: Fluent (verbal and written)
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar Solution Engineer role within retail, AI, or computer vision.
• Engineering degree (Retail or IT specialization preferred).
• Proven track record in process improvement and inventory control.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
