What you will do

• Lead strategic planning for the production department over short and medium-term horizons.
• Plan and manage the department budget to ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee the production of all components and assemblies to meet customer requirements for quality, deadline, and cost.
• Manage personnel planning, employee assignment by qualification, and disciplinary leadership.
• Set and track department targets and assess employee performance.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective remediation measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience within a production environment.
• Significant professional experience in personnel management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
