What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of high-impact client consulting and transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Act as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic global clients.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop scalable delivery processes within the Special Projects function.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and consultants to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee global client onboarding across payroll, accounting, HR, and tax service lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary
• 12+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or professional services.
• Significant experience leading complex global transformation and operational delivery programs.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Deep understanding of international Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Legal Entity Management services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Management (Master's preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with leading payroll providers and platforms, specifically ADP and CloudPay.
