What you will do

• Lead the development of integrated strategic, commercial, operational, and financial plans across key business functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives with defined milestones, owners, and decision points.
• Drive regular performance reviews of key initiatives, tracking progress against financial targets and business outcomes.
• Identify delivery risks and commercial trade-offs early, proposing clear mitigation options for decision-making.
• Integrate planning inputs into financial forecasts and evaluate business cases against value realization.
• Partner with stakeholders in Commercial, Corporate, Operations, Finance, and Fleet to align plans and resolve trade-offs.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or cross-functional transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
• Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking/planning tools.
• Ability to structure complex information and present it clearly to stakeholders at various levels.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in the aviation industry and understanding of airline economics.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, and Python.
