What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of infrastructure, security, compliance, and application modernization initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Build and prioritize product roadmaps based on business value, technical dependencies, risk, compliance, and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, delivery teams, engineering leaders, and program and product partners.
• Oversee concurrent projects involving cloud platforms, identity and access management, enterprise applications, and systems integrations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, staffing requirements, and performance reporting.
• Support estimation, cost proposals, statements of work, staffing assessments, and strategic program growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience managing technical products, technology programs, or complex IT projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud migration, identity management, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows servers, Oracle databases, Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS Lambda, and related cloud technologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, budgets, schedules, resources, and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, technical staffing evaluation, estimation, proposal development, and cost modeling.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Knowledge of CyberArk or privileged access management solutions.
• Experience with DevSecOps, AWS cloud services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.
