Location: Fully remote within the United States
Salary: $145,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of infrastructure, security, compliance, and application modernization initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Build and prioritize product roadmaps based on business value, technical dependencies, risk, compliance, and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate client stakeholders, delivery teams, engineering leaders, and program and product partners.
- Oversee concurrent projects involving cloud platforms, identity and access management, enterprise applications, and systems integrations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, staffing requirements, and performance reporting.
- Support estimation, cost proposals, statements of work, staffing assessments, and strategic program growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience managing technical products, technology programs, or complex IT projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud migration, identity management, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows servers, Oracle databases, Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS Lambda, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, budgets, schedules, resources, and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, technical staffing evaluation, estimation, proposal development, and cost modeling.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting federal government programs.
- Knowledge of CyberArk or privileged access management solutions.
- Experience with DevSecOps, AWS cloud services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.
