What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, controls, and frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with AML/CFT, sanctions, FATF guidance, consumer protection, privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in compliance reviews and investigations, tracking actions and outcomes.
• Prepare compliance reports and materials for management, the board, and internal stakeholders.
• Review escalations involving high-risk clients, politically exposed persons, and complex or unusual transactions, recommending appropriate resolutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product, and Risk to implement effective compliance programs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, consumer protection, privacy requirements, and regulatory engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, independence, ethics, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain compliance programs.
• Familiarity with compliance technology and analytics tools.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional compliance oversight.
• CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification.
