What you will do

• Execute end-to-end Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for retail and institutional accounts.
• Perform daily screening of customers and counterparts against global sanctions watchlists (OFAC, UN, EU, MAS), PEPs, and adverse media.
• Use blockchain forensic tools to trace cryptocurrency wallets and identify high-risk interactions.
• Manage supplier and third-party verification work orders via an internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Tech and Legal teams to optimize automated workflows for regulatory and data privacy compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready records of all due diligence checks and screening decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of fintech/crypto compliance experience.
• Deep understanding of financial crime risks, CDD rules, and AML controls.
• Knowledge of FATF and MAS standards for KYC/KYB and UBO verification.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a controls-oriented mindset.
