What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements from project setup through executive delivery, serving as Project Manager or Module Lead.
• Develop proposals, define project scope and deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders, interviews, contracts, and data requirements.
• Build fact bases through client interviews, data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research.
• Partner with data science teams to apply advanced analytics and develop practical, insight-driven recommendations.
• Design and deliver clear client presentations and support implementation when required.
• Identify client opportunities, contribute to account planning, and develop consulting models, intellectual property, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution and 7+ years of post-degree work experience.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience and 2 years as a Module Lead or equivalent.
• Strong experience in payments, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proven ability to use analytics to inform strategy and produce actionable insights.
• Business-level English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer experience design, human-centered design, or design thinking.
• Deep understanding of the payments industry or financial services sector.
