Location: Onsite in Woodlands, Singapore. Must be willing to work in a clean room environment and on a 12-hour night shift pattern.

What you will do

• Provide engineering support to the production line to ensure process flow and documentation compliance.
• Monitor process variables and perform necessary adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot routine or minor technical problems.
• Perform process buy-off after equipment maintenance or breakdowns.
• Document manufacturing processes and report data for shift handovers.
• Conduct experiments for process improvement and optimize OEE.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 PM to 7:45 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
