Senior IT Operations Engineer (Fintech): Maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing Cards platforms for banking operations with an accent on Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing, and observability. Location: Manila, One Ayala Tower 2, Philippines

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Support deployment, release, operation, and lifecycle management for Cards platforms and enablement services.
- Automate operational tasks and improve efficiency, resilience, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
- Monitor application performance, availability, reliability, and operational health.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate resolution with developers, architects, product teams, and international stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, application support, operations engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and operational best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps pipeline development experience.
- Experience with test automation, functional testing, and performance testing.
- Scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
- Experience supporting Linux and Windows environments, with strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, global, and Agile environment.
Nice to have
- Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, systems administration, or networking experience.
- Experience with Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tools.
- Experience supporting payment processing, card servicing, or financial transaction platforms.
