What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 production support and incident resolution for the business-critical Broadway eFX platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Design and implement test automation and end-to-end testhirify.global frameworks ushirify.global Playwright and Python.
• Drive automation, monitorhirify.global, and environment improvements ushirify.global Prometheus, Grafana, and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and global stakeholders in an Agile DevOps environment.
• Manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Markets, specifically supporthirify.global FX or eFX tradhirify.global platforms.
• Proven experience as an OPS, Functional, or DevOps Engineer supporthirify.global business-critical applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep knowledge of FX products and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and modern monitorhirify.global tools.
