Staff Workplace Platform Engineer (Digital Workplace Platforms): Leading the architecture and evolution of scalable digital workplace platforms for device management, automation, monitoring, and endpoint experience with an accent on IaC, SRE practices, security, and AI-powered technologies. Focus on designing resilient platform capabilities, implementing observability and SLIs/SLOs, automating infrastructure, and solving complex system reliability and troubleshooting challenges.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do
- Lead the architecture and evolution of digital workplace platforms spanning software, hardware, SaaS, and APIs.
- Define the strategic roadmap for scalable, resilient, and user-centric workplace platform capabilities.
- Design and implement modular platform solutions using infrastructure as code, automation frameworks, and secure-by-design principles.
- Adopt SRE practices including observability, SLIs/SLOs, proactive incident management, and fault-tolerance improvements.
- Collaborate across device engineering, platform reliability, security, and user experience domains.
- Mentor peers and guide modernization and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Singapore citizenship is required.
- Degree or background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant platform, systems, or end-user device engineering experience.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and DevOps/SRE methodologies.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms and identity and access management, including SSO and MFA.
- Strong observability, monitoring, performance-tuning, debugging, architectural, and technical-leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with VDI, virtualization, or remote desktop technologies.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, or NexThink.
- Experience implementing SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and production-readiness practices.
- Experience with AIOps platforms, predictive support models, and performance optimization in secure environments.
